How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days depending on the selected shipping method.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our stationery worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that fountain pen inks and used writing instruments are final sale.
Can I request a specific nib size for my fountain pen?
Nib sizes are listed as individual options on each product page. If a specific size is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications to be alerted when it is available again.
