At Yoseka Stationery, we want you to be fully satisfied with your creative tools. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your stationery items are in their original, unopened packaging and were purchased within the last 30 days.

  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA number inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Send your package to our Brooklyn studio; once we inspect the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
